The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Rivers State has started the construction of permanent lodgings in place of the rented premises it is currently occupying.
A delegation from the NDDC, including the Managing Director, Mr Bassey Dan-Abia, paid a visit to the site on Friday.
The construction was initiated by the defunct Oil Minerals Producing Area Development Commission.
