Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
IP: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080

• Download and Install Psiphon Handler from this LINK.
•  Launch psiphon and configure as shown below:
  *Proxy type: real host
  *Proxy server: server4.operamini.com
  *skip others and save.

• Next, you will get a pop up msg asking if you want to use psiphon browser only or Tunnel whole
  device. Choose tunnel whole device.

• On the next screen, click on the option tab.

•  For region select USA, then click on more option.

•  Under “proxy settings”’ check the “connect” through an HTTP Proxy ” box.

• Press the back button and wait for a few secs while it connects.
• Thats all. Enjoy it while it lasts.
